What is a prefix?

A prefix is the character or characters you type before a command. By default Marv uses the - prefix.

Server Prefix

A server prefix only applies to the server it is run on.

-prefix

Displays the current server prefix

-prefix set [new prefix]

Changes the server prefix

-prefix reset

Clears the custom prefix and reverts back to the normal one

User Prefix

A user prefix only applies to the user who runs it. That user is able to use that prefix regardless of which server they are on.

-user prefix

Displays the current user prefix

-user prefix set [new prefix]
